Entrée Salads (This is considered an Entree)

Caprese

A traditional favorite of imported buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and basil with olive oil, and balsamic reduction sauce.

Steak Salad

Filet Mignon over Acadian greens with Kalamata olives, provolone cheese and a house made Italian dressing.

Chop Salad

Chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce blended with salami, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, red onions, and blue cheese crumbles with a sweet basil vinaigrette dressing.

Iceberg Wedge

Wedge with blue cheese dressing topped with bacon, red onions, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and a balsamic drizzle.

Summer

Mixed greens and iceberg lettuce, pears, Gorgonzola cheese and candied walnuts served with a French vinaigrette.

Pasta

Choice of creamy alfredo white sauce or vodka sauce pink sauce.

Old family recipe of (non-breaded) sliced eggplant layered with marinara and mozzarella cheese, served with a side of pasta.

Pan seared pork tenderloin simmered in chianti wine and topped with fresh sliced apples sautéed in prosecco wine, served with grilled vegetables.

Filetto Gorgonzola

Hand cut 8oz filet mignon with a rich gorgonzola cream sauce topped with crispy pancetta served with garlic mash potatoes and grilled vegetables.

Double Thick Pork Chop

Seared then baked to perfection with hot and sweet peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, oregano and extra virgin oil.

Picatta

Pan seared veal cutlets and sautéed mushrooms in a sweet marsala reduction sauce served over angel hair pasta.

Marsala

Sautéed chicken breast or veal cutlet with mushrooms in a sweet Versasi Marsala reduction sauce served over angel hair pasta.

Parmesan

Breaded pan-seared chicken medallions or veal cutlets topped with marinara & mozzarella cheese and baked till golden. Served with penne and house made marinara.
